RESCHEDULING

Current students should use the form below in order to:


  1. Defer a lesson and reschedule now
  2. Defer a lesson and leave rescheduling until later
  3. Reschedule a previously deferred lesson
  4. Advise of a short notice cancellation


See the calendar below for current rescheduling slots.

To defer a lesson for up to 90 days, notice must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the lesson start time. Short notice cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling.

CALENDAR

Blocks of time are specifically reserved for rescheduling during nine school holiday weeks each year. More slots are added to the calendar as they become available.


Single slots are only suitable for the lesson type labelled. 'Multiple' blocks can be used for any lesson type.
