RESCHEDULING

Any changes to regularly scheduled lessons should be made using the form below.

Indicate the nature of the required change and enter the date of any lesson to be cancelled.

For rescheduling, view available slots on the calendar and enter the date and time of your booking request.

48 hours' notice is required to defer a lesson for up to 60 days. Short notice cancellations are not eligible.

CALENDAR

Blocks of time are specifically reserved for rescheduling during nine school holiday weeks each year. More slots are added to the calendar as they become available.

Single slots are only suitable for the lesson type labelled. 'Multiple' blocks can be used for any lesson type.
